Two years is the legal minimum. We cover up to 25.
Arizona only requires a roofer to stand behind the work for two years. We go a lot further. And every full roof replacement includes a maintenance package, so we come back each year and check the roof ourselves.
Maintenance package included
Every full roof replacement comes with a maintenance package. It is good for one free check up a year. We walk the roof and do small repairs for free.
No wind speed limit
Qualifying roof systems carry wind coverage with no maximum wind speed. Built for monsoon season.
Done in days, not weeks
Most roofs go on fast. You get a schedule before we start, so you know what each day looks like.
Warranty length and coverage depend on the roof system you choose. We go over every option at your inspection.
This roof took one day.
Our first photo was at 6:52 AM. By 4:47 PM the roof was finished. Same house, same day.
Every roof is different. Most are finished in days, not weeks.
1Tear offOld shingles come off, down to the deck.
2UnderlaymentThe layer that keeps water out goes down.
3ShinglesNew shingles go on, row by row.
4FinishedDone the same day.
What goes on the roof matters.
Two roofs can look the same from the street and one of them is half the quality. Once the shingles go on, the rest is covered up. These photos are from one of our jobs.
The cheap quote is not cheaper labor. It is cheaper material you never see.
